At BODEfinity, every product is crafted with intention to support your health, energy, and overall wellness. Due to the nature of our products, we’ve created the following policy to ensure quality, safety, and fairness for all customers.
Perishable Products (Juices, Cleanses, Shots)
All cold-pressed juices and wellness products are final sale due to their perishable nature.
We do not offer refunds on consumable items once they have been processed or delivered.
However, we’re committed to your experience.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will make it right where possible.
Eligible Resolutions
If your order arrives with any of the following:

Non-Perishable Items (Merchandise, Accessories)
Items may be eligible for return or exchange if:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing
